COSTCO RULES AND GUIDELINES:

It is very important that we follow Costco's rules and guidelines at all times. Costco employees are some of our best customers, make friends and help them out, they usually will buy the product for themselves, they will call their friends to let them know we are there, they are excellent allies.

Please be pleasant at all times to Costco employees, even if some have power trips and they make you do seemingly ridiculous things. Meet the managers and get to know them. This is a big key to our success in a road show.

NO JEANS
COLLARED NFL MEMOTHENTIC SHIRT REQUIRED
KHAKI STYLE PANTS
NO FOOD OR BOTTLES VISIBLE AT THE KIOSK
NO CHAIRS
NEED TO BE 15 MINUTES EARLY ON THE OPENING SHIFT (9:45)
NO LEAVING EARLY
KIOSK MUST BE MANNED AT ALL TIMES

Costco managers get very upset if someone is not covering the booth because then the members come to them and start asking questions. That is why it is vital to show up in time for your shift.
