BONUS PLAN:

The bonus plan is simple, the more you sell the more you make.

1. THERE ARE NO MINIMUMS: For example, you don't have to sell over a certain amount to get a bonus, you get paid on each item you sell.

2. You get 4% of the gross sale. Originally we were going to do a percentage of what we sell to Costco for, but we decided to make it easy and give you a percentage of the total amount.

3. No limit.

For example our Joe Montana Signed piece goes for $289 in Costco, you would get $11.56 for each piece sold in addition to your hourly pay.

Costco says a normal roadshow should do $2500 per day in gross sales. A high-end road show could do as much as $7 to 10k per day.

We will calculate your bonus based on your sales sheet and we verify against the daily Costco reports.
